Prices and Policys Continued:
*If after the initial deposit the buyer does not have any written or verbal
contact with the breeder within 30 days before the kitten is able to go to it's
new home, (usually 12 weeks of age) as to make arrangements for pick up and
final payment, breeder has the right to place the kitten up for availability. No
refund will be made if all efforts had been exhausted to make contact by the
breeder.
*We reserve the right to refuse placement of any kitten at any time before
or after any deposits or payments have been made. Refunds will be made
accordingly. This also goes into effect whether this contract has been signed or
not as it is available to see on the internet and is our policy.
*There will be no refunds on deposits.
*There will be no exchanges on deposits of a certain kitten to switch to
another one. This is a separate transaction. In certain circumstances this will
be waved according to the breeders disgression.
*For any breach of contract by buyer, buyer will return the kitten to the
breeder at no cost to the breeder. Buyer is liable for any court costs and
related charges including attorney's fees that are associated with the
breeder's enforcing the terms of this contract. Any legal action, which may
arise under the terms of this contract will be in the county / city of the
breeder's residence at the buyer's expense.
*The buyer agrees to provide love and attention to said kitten.
*We the undersigned consider this document to be legally binding. Deletions or
additions to the Sales Agreement have to be initialed by the breeder to be
valid.

WAY BUT MADE FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR KITTENS, FOR THEIR
SAFTEY AND WELL BEING AND ALSO FOR YOUR PROTECTION IN THE
ADDOPTION AND PURCHASE OF THIS KITTEN. I AM THE KIND OF
BREEDER WHO LOVES AND CARES FOR EACH AND EVERY SINGLE KITTEN
I RAISE AND WHEN THEY LEAVE A PIECE OF MY HEART GOES WITH
THEM.
